Refund Policy:
If for some reason you are not 100 percent satisfied with the piece of art received, we offer you the opportunity to return it within the first five days after delivery. This offer is under the condition that we are informed about the return, before it is shipped back. After receiving the returned piece of art in the same condition it was originally shipped, we will refund the full purchase price.
Refusal of Orders received:
Due to possible conflicts with import and supply restrictions, Spirits of the West Coast Art Gallery may refuse to process any order or refuse service to anyone at any time. Should this be the case, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from this Condition, other than for any prepaid amounts received.
