This earring symbolizes a wolf that has been carved into the highest grade of silver with an engraver and hand finished in the Comox Valley, B.C., Canada. In Coast Salish Culture the wolf traditionally represents the teacher and nurturer. It represents the lessons to be learned from thoughtful contemplation of the world and the experience that life brings. It signifies a willingness both to lead the way and to be led.
