The Callback Payment feature: Allows you to submit your order to us for processing. We will then call or email you back to get your confirmation for total cost including shipping costs & taxes and get your desired payment information at that time. Paypal: This will allow you to use the PayPal payment system to provide online realtime secure payment via the PayPal Network. This is a safe and secure way to use your credit card or bank account online. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Refund Policy: If for some reason you are not 100 percent satisfied with the piece of art received, we offer you the opportunity to return it within the first five days after delivery. This offer is under the condition that we are informed about the return, before it is shipped back. After receiving the returned piece of art in the same condition it was originally shipped, we will refund the full purchase price minus the actual shipping costs and any customs brokerage fees.

Refusal of Orders received: Due to possible conflicts with import and supply restrictions, Spirits of the West Coast Art Gallery may refuse to process any order or refuse service to anyone at any time. Should this be the case, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from this Condition, other than for any prepaid amounts received.
