The Sun

The Native Symbol or Totem the Sun: It represents life abundance and its warmth radiates healing and peace. The sun was freed and given back to the earth by the Raven, who released it out of its confining box. Since then it has given all human kind warmth, light and life. It was once believed that one could reach the sun by climbing a chain of arrows and that one would get down by sliding down the rays.
